The Buying Process
Register onsite or online
Ziemer Hilbrands Auctions needs your name and contact information before being allowed to bid whether onsite or online through Proxibid.
Items to be paid for before pickup, either in person the day of the auction, or if bidding online, an email invoice will be sent to you.
Apply for Tax Exemption (if applicable)
If you qualify you can fill out the tax exemption form.
We accept credit cards, cash or check with a bank letter of good standing. Once payment is received, your paid invoice will be given or emailed to you for online purchases.
After receiving a paid invoice, you can schedule a time to pick up your item/s. You will need to present your paid invoice when picking up your purchases.
